1. Applicability
1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, digital deliveries, and agreements made via the website theceohustle.com.
1.2 By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Products
2.1 The CEO Hustle provides digital products and services, including supplier information, courses, and digital content.
2.2 No physical products are supplied unless otherwise stated.
2.3 All digital products are delivered immediately after payment via email, download link, or account access.
3. Prices and Payments
3.1 All prices are listed in euros and include VAT.
3.2 Payment is processed through the available payment methods (including iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card, Klarna – subject to availability).
3.3 After full payment, the customer receives immediate access to the digital product.
4. Delivery
4.1 Digital products are delivered immediately after successful payment.
4.2 The customer is responsible for entering the correct email address. The CEO Hustle is not liable for failed deliveries caused by incorrect details.
5. Right of Withdrawal & Refund Policy
5.1 By law, consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases.
5.2 However, an exception applies to digital products: once the customer agrees to immediate delivery, the right of withdrawal and refund no longer applies.
5.3 By placing an order, you confirm that you waive your right of withdrawal and that no refunds will be granted.
6. Liability
6.1 The CEO Hustle guarantees the delivery of digital products as described on the website.
6.2 The CEO Hustle is not responsible for how the customer uses the information.
6.3 No guarantees are given regarding specific business results, income, or success.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 All delivered digital products, content, guides, and courses remain the property of The CEO Hustle.
7.2 It is not permitted to copy, distribute, or resell digital products without written permission.
8. Account & Usage
8.1 The customer must keep login credentials and files confidential.
8.2 Sharing login credentials or files with third parties is not allowed.
9. Force Majeure
9.1 The CEO Hustle is not liable for delays or shortcomings caused by force majeure (such as internet outages, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control).
10. Disputes
10.1 All agreements are governed by Dutch law.
10.2 Disputes will initially be resolved through mutual consultation. If this fails, the dispute will be submitted to the competent court in Rotterdam.
